Summary
Currently looking for a System Engineer who take care of all endpoints, Printers and IT accessories of all sites for uninterrupted operations. Support end-user and maintain security compliance of all end points.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for smoother functioning of all end point devices and printer in corporate offices and branches.
Responsible to keep update latest software updates, AV signatures in all endpoints on time to time and ensure 100% compliance in all aspects.
Responsible for managing & maintaining inventory of IT assets in corporate offices and branches related to end points and all IT related accessories.
Experience in SCCM or any windows patching tool is a definite plus
Ensure 100% physical IT asset verification in all assigned branches on time keep update smart assets on changes made day to day basis
Need to coordinate/escalate with OEMs/AMC vendors for earlier resolution of issues which reported.
Adherence of process/policy of the organization on system administration and issue resolution.
Perform standard operating procedures.
Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC/applications and systems.
Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex computer and network problems.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekend support
Essential Skills:
Good communication skills in English required.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Communications Engineering or equivalent experience.
Open to learn new technology and upgrade his/her skills based on the need of organization.
Should have vast experience managing and Administer the Workstations
Should have hands-on experience in managing Windows or Linux Servers
Hands-on experience in managing AD, DNS and DHCP administration
Holding MCSA certification is definite plus
Basic or intermediate experience in troubleshooting Network related issues
